AHF provided staff to complete tax returns for residents and in partnership with H&R Block offered free Q&A session to residents.

Beginning in May 2006, this program began including an initiative to educate residents and community about the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and how much is lost yearly in unclaimed funds.
